City of Refuge Mission Family Worship Center - Chief Apostle and Presiding Prelate DT Hines
Chief Apostle Daniel (Danny) Thynoise Hines was born on June 10, 1981 to Evangelist Carolyn and Elder Nelson A. Hines.  His training in the things of God began early; his mother a powerful prayer warrior and his father a musician and minister at Calvary Church of God in Christ in Goose Creek, SC.  His love of music began with Bishop Johnnie J.Johnson’s gift of an old piano from the basement of the church.  His parents anointed his hands and prayed over him often, and Danny had to at least touch the piano each night before he went to bed.  Danny accepted Jesus as his Savior at the age of 5. As he grew, so did his love for the Lord and for music.  He received the Baptism in the Holy Spirit in October 1990 at Faith Temple Church of God in Christ in Largo, Florida, under the late Pastor Rogers Blair.

Apostle D.T.Hines has served in some form of ministry for most of his life, teaching Sunday School and youth classes, and playing keyboards.
